Shipping/Handling
costs are determined by weight of your order and your
location. If you are purchasing more then one item
you will find that the shipping cost is much lower
per item shipped. Shipping charges include insurance
against damaged or lost merchandise.

SET UP TO PROCESS RETAIL and WHOLESALE PRICES.
Wholesale discounts
are processed according to our wholesale purhase
price guidelines. If you do not order the minimum
requirements for percentage discount you cannot
receive wholesale discounts. At times the shopping
cart does not calculate the exact shipping cost,
exact UPS shipping cost is added to all orders
manually.
SHIPPING
ALONE MAY TAKE UP TO TEN (10) WORKING DAYS. (depending on your loction)
If you need your order by a specific date please
specify this in the comments box during the ordering

Product Return
Policy
All of our candles
are individually handmade, as with all handmade
candles no two items are alike. You may notice
small flaws that are common trait's of handmade
candles, these small flaw's gives each candle
it's own unique charm.
Please Read
Carefully: All returns require obtaining a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All
claims for credit and/or damages must be placed
by email within 5 days of receipt of
merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase please contact us with reason of
dissatisfaction and to obtain instructions on
returns and/or product exchanges. Candle Comfort
will not give credit refunds without prior
authorization or without ARS label. Unauthorized
returns without proper ARS labels: No credit will
be issued on any unauthorized returns. Returns
without proper ARS label will result in shipping
charges billed to your account without further
notice. Candle Comfort will not refund credit on
returns or exchange on any product that has been
used or maliciously damaged. All shipments are
insured against damage during delivery to their
destination. Should your order contain any damage
please contact us immediately and we will assist
you in filling out a damage claim report.
Returned candles MUST BE in their
original packaging and are subject to a
50% fee.
Please note:
Standard color candle orders will not be refunded
if you simply do not like the color. This is why
we offer color matching for your specific color.
Custom request color match candles will be
refunded only.
Standard fragrance
candle orders will not be refunded if you simply
do not like the fragrance. We advise that you
order our votive sampler pack to test different
fragrnaces prior to placing large orders.
Standard
candle orders canceled within 10 days of purchase
for any reason will be refunded at 50% plus all
shipping cost if the candles have already
shipped.
*The original
shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain
the responsibility of the customer, unless the
merchandise is being returned because the order
was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise
is defective.
Special Request Color and
Fragrance Candles
Special request
orders will be refunded at 50% if cancelled
before shipment or if returned for any reason.
If delivery is in process or has
been made, the customer is liable for all
shipping expenses for such special request
candles..

reserve the right, at our discretion to change,

statement at any time. If we decide to change any

that non drip candles will not drip only if used
